Silvina Beach House Naxos

Positive: La casa è nuova, moderna, ben arredata, ben fornita (tutti gli elettrodomestici sono di ottima qualità), con tutte le comodità. Ci dormono bene 6 persone, noi eravamo in 4. I letti sono molto comodi, la cucina è modernissima (grande frigo, bel forno, piastre efficienti, lavastoviglie piccola ma perfetta). Le zanzariere in tutte le finestre sono fondamentali date le molte zanzare, nonostante il vento. La vista dal balcone è verso il mare. La posizione è tranquilla, con varie altre case attorno. Si può parcheggiare la macchina davanti a casa. La spiaggia è a 100 metri, ma bisogna camminare qualche centinaio di metri in più per la spiaggia migliore dove fare il bagno senza pericoli (scogli aguzzi). È una bella spiaggia di sabbia grossa, molto ventosa. Per fare la spesa, un buon supermercato è a mezzo km. Meglio avere l'auto per spostarsi, ma la zona è ben servita anche da bus. Vari ristoranti turistici nelle vicinanze. Negative: Casa sconsigliata a persone con problemi di mobilità per le scale interne (cucina e balcone sono al primo piano). Parcheggiare l'auto può essere problematico per i muretti attorno a casa. Un poco fastidiosa l'illuminazione esterna accesa tutta la notte.

Positive: The facilities were brand new, very spacious, great for staying with family or friends! Efi and team created a WhatsApp group to answer all our questions. Also, since we didn't have a car, they went the extra mile and took us to a supermarket. We really appreciate that! Negative: Location wise you need to rent a car. Not something bad per se, but I feel it's worth mentioning before renting the place. No public transportation + Uber / taxi are expensive. Within walking distance you have a small mart and a restaurant. The beach is also 5 minutes walking. But it's a very quiet ( borderline rural ) neighborhood. Great if you want to disconnect.

Positive: Το Κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καλό και ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας. Προσέφερε όλες τις ανέσεις και ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η καθαριότητα και η συνολική αίσθηση ήταν υψηλού επιπέδου. Επίσης ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη για μας τα κεράσματα φρούτων και κρασιού από τον ιδιοκτήτη. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική . Δίπλα στην παραλία και πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ . Οι οδηγίες που μας δόθηκαν στο check in. μας κατατόπισαν ιδιαιτέρως. Negative: Όλα πήγαν καλά!
